Terms of Service — Taskhub

1 · The service. Taskhub connects AI assistants to Microsoft To Do so they can manage tasks on your behalf, at your direction.

2 · Your account & authorization. You must authorize access via your own Microsoft account. You are responsible for actions the connected AI assistant takes with the permissions you grant; review its tool calls, especially destructive ones (deletions).

3 · Acceptable use. Don't use the service to violate law, Microsoft's terms, or the connected AI platform's terms; don't attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the service.

4 · Availability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue it; where practical we'll give notice.

5 · Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to US$100. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data managed in Microsoft To Do itself.

6 · Termination. You may disconnect at any time (see Disconnecting). We may suspend accounts for misuse.

7 · Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after notice is acceptance.
