Disconnecting & Data Deletion

Three independent levers, strongest last:

1 · Remove the connector from your AI assistant.
In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Taskhub → Remove. The assistant can no longer call the service.

2 · Revoke the app at Microsoft.
Visit account.live.com/consent/Manage, find Taskhub, and remove its access. All previously issued tokens stop working.

3 · Delete your identity record (GDPR/CCPA erasure).
Email privacy@baseproof.ai from the connected address with subject "Delete my Todo Automation account". We delete your Auth0 user profile and its stored Microsoft tokens — completed within 30 days, typically the same day. (We store no task content, so there is nothing else to erase; your tasks remain untouched in Microsoft To Do.)
