Common issues
"Link your Microsoft account" / microsoft_account_not_connected
Your sign-in succeeded but the task connection isn't finished. Open the connect link from the message (taskhub.baseproof.ai/connect), approve the Microsoft permissions, and retry. One-time step.
"This Microsoft account isn't provisioned for To Do"
Some brand-new or unused accounts have no task mailbox yet. Open to-do.office.com once while signed in to that account, then retry.
Work or school account won't sign in
The current release supports personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com, and personal accounts on custom domains). Work/school (organizational) support is planned.
Tasks created with the wrong time
Tell the assistant your timezone (e.g. "due 5pm Pacific") — it is passed through to Microsoft To Do with the task.
